Loved the spacious layout-perfect for hanging out after a day exploring Venice! But the stairs were a workout, especially with luggage. A solid spot to stay and enjoy the city 😊

Visiting Fondamenta Nuove and taking the San Zaccaria Waterbus was perfect for exploring the area and water adventures. I recommend checking out local restaurants nearby too.

We faced issues with scam messages about bank details, made us a bit cautious at first, but the staff were helpful in resolving it.

It was a perfect experience. The location was unbeatable and excellent, close to an ornate footbridge. There was a great restaurant, a market and small supermarkets next door. I had the apartment, it was huge and spotless.

The apartment featured an excellent degree of cleanliness and a spacious layout. Location-wise, it was just a quick 5-minute walk to the nearest Vaporetto stop, great for easy access to exploring the area.

Facing these challenges, we found the absence of detergent for the sink and dishwasher quite inconvenient, resulting in an unexpected trip to the store. The absence of a conventional coffee maker meant relying solely on Nespresso pods for our morning brew, while slow Wi-Fi hindered some of our online activities. We had to ask for extra sheets for the sleeper couches, which seemed like a basic necessity that should have been provided up front.

No reason to complain, appreciated my really great stay and would stay here again. Every member of staff was nice. I booked superior king room with the last photos, large windows, as for instance. Coffee and tea making equipment, and refrigerators were a nice touch.

We encountered multiple issues . The air conditioning was malfunctioning, and the lack of basic kitchen supplies was disappointing. The absence of on-site staff meant our requests took a while to be addressed.

Positive, The room was large and spacious. Vintage hotel with beautiful old fixtures. Centrally located, easy to navigate. Excellent directions via WhatsApp were provided.

I loved the spaciousness of the Beautiful Junior Suite. The authentic Venetian style really gave it character. We had access to modern conveniences like a tv and a comfortable sitting area. The area felt secure, and it was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The breakfast delivered to our room exceeded my expectations, with better offerings than what's typically described. Getting around was easy. The location was perfect for exploring without the throngs of tourists nearby. A downside was definitely the stairs. Carrying our luggage up to the second floor was a bit of a workout, especially given the beauty of the stairs, they were still stairs. A few kitchen supplies like milk for coffee could enhance the experience. Lastly, the Wi-Fi was a hassle, which complicated some planning. I appreciated the charm of the place and the comfortable beds, but a smoother arrival would have made things perfect.

Just a reliable pick for a weekend break in Venice with extraordinarily good value for money. The room was spacious and offered great views of the canal, making for a pleasant stay. Bring your own kettle if you enjoy tea, as they don't provide one in the room.

The Three-Bedroom Apartment was super spacious, and I loved how clean everything was. The beds were really comfy, even the sleeper couches. There was plenty of room for our stuff. We had all the bathroom amenities and towels we needed. It's also conveniently located near restaurants and attractions. Only downside was the AC wasn't fully working, but it didn't ruin the trip overall.
